Cloutier
at the 54th Annual Emmy Awards
Celebrities count on artists from the Cloutier Agency to glam them
up for events like the Emmys. Cloutier's talented make-up pros
gave us the 411 for some of Tinseltown's beauties for the annual
event held at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on September
22, 2002.

Body
- Kiehls Creme de Corps mixed with the foundation
Cheeks - Victoria
Principal’s Principal Secret All in One in Rosy. After matting
skin with Lorac P-2 powder, she added a little more color with
Tarte pressed blush in Charm
Bronzer
- Added warmth to the skin with Lorac Bronzer in Glow
Eyes
– Cathy created a strong but feminine eye using two Tarte
eye shadows. She brushed Sissy over the lid and Pretty Baby in the corners.
She
defined the lash line with Lancome eye liner in Prune 02. For a
dramatic look, Cathy lined the inner lid with Tarte liner in
Black.
Lashes
- Loads of Lancome Aquacils mascara.
Lips
- Defined and filled in with Urban Decay’s Pleather pencil
in Nude and then topped off with Trish McEvoy’s gloss no. #7.
To
get the hair:
Using a ½ inch barrel curling iron, Cathy created loose waves
defining each section with Redken Glass and pulled hair in back
at the temples creating a “Greek Goddess” look. Hair was set
with Sebastian Shaper Spray. |

Cheeks – Clarins Bronzing Powder Duo in 01 topped with

Brows – Defined with Anastasia The Perfect Brow Pencil.
Eye shadow –
Terri mixed M.A.C Paints in a mix of Baboom and Mauvism on the
lid. She applied M.A.C Paint in Graphito as a contour.
Eye liner - She lined eyes with Yves St. Laurent liquid
liner in Black.
Mascara
– Estée Lauder
Illusionist mascara in Black.
Lips-
Lined with M.A.C Spice lip pencil
with M.A.C Frost lipstick in Tempting. Delux gloss in Francis
was applied over the lipstick to give lips a glossy finish. |

Jetty created a classic, sassy make-up with sexy red lips.
Foundation – Calvin Klein Sheer Foundation no.6
Cheeks – Armani Sheer blush no.2 applied over Le
Gouachex de Chanel in Corail.
Eyes – Le Gouachex de Chanel in Bronze applied to lid
with M.A.C paints in Magrittes. Eyes were lined and smoked with
dark brown shadow. Sorme Copper glitter was applied to the upper
and lower rims.
Lashes – Jetty applied individual lashes and finished
off eyes with Max Factor 2000 Calorie in Black.
Lips – Laura Mercier in Tango Red.
To
get the hair:
To copy her tousled 'do a la Carrie Bradshaw, Jetty applied
Philip Kingsley Curl Activator to damp hair at the nape of the
neck and back, and set that part of hair in loose pin curls
while she blew out the front, crown and side with a round brush
and Mason Pearson flat brush. She
set the crown and sides on medium/large Velcro rollers to give
ends of hair some movement. As a finishing touch, she kicked out
the ends with a hot iron and used Back to Basics Basic
Texture/Get Control Hairstyling Slick to piece out hair. |
