Make-up by Ashlee Petersen
Foundation - Since Jaime's face tends to be a few shades lighter than the rest of her body,
to even it up Ashlee used Bobbi Brown Foundation Stick #4. If necessary,
she used Joe Blasco Special Red Neutralizer #2 as a highlight under the eyes and as a
concealer.
Powder - MAC Studio Fix in C-5 was dusted all over her face and neck.
Cheeks - Smashbox Soft Lights in Soft Glow #2 on cheeks. This product became a favorite among the actresses on the film. Ashlee also applied MAC Blush in Cubic (over the Soft Glow) to the apples of cheeks to soften up Jaime's features.
Eyes- In this particular outfit, Jaime is wearing a Stila trio of peachy/tangerine colors called Picnic at the Beach. The lightest color was applied all over the eye, with the darkest color applied to the crease, lid and used as a liner under the eye.
Eye Liner - A very fine line of MAC liner in Black was applied along the lashes.
Mascara - L'Oreal Voluminous Mascara in Black was applied to top lashes only.

"Prom
Look"
For this look, Ashlee started with the eyes before applying any other makeup. This way, if the color applied to the eyes were to drop or become messy, it could be easily cleaned up without ruining an already made-up face.
Foundation & Powder - Same as above.
Cheeks - Smashbox Soft Lights in Soft Glow on cheeks
Eyes -Ashlee used Chanel Le Regard Eye Lacquer (A palette of Red,
White,Black). The opalescent white color was applied in the crease and to highlight the brow. The black shadow was used to line Jaime's eyes. The red was used on the lids and all the way up to just below the brow bone - a full eye in red! The corners were blended out to soften up the red. The eyes were lined with MAC eyeliner in Black. Ashlee went over the black liner under the eye with red.
Mascara - L'Oreal Voluminous mascara in Black
Lips - Since Jaime's eye makeup was so dramatic, Ashlee wanted to keep the lips toned down. She blended MAC Spice pencil all over lips with Kiehls lip balm. The final touch was MAC Lip Glass in Freeze Frost (the sparkle version of MAC's clear lip glass). |
